A robust and complex distillate with notes of hazelnut, malt, flowers and fruit. Matured for most of its life in an ex-bourbon barrel so as to obtain notes of vanilla and softness. Further maturation in a fresh Tawny Port barrel meant that the combination of the nutty and fruity character of the distillery married perfectly with the chocolate and dried fruit notes of the Port barrel.

Notes of dark chocolate caramel, sticky toffee pudding and dried fruit.
