A fruity, floral and honeyed distillate. Matured in hogshead for 10 years and finished in a profiler barrique from the J.Dias cooper for the remaining years.

This whisky, one of our favorite malts to work with for its natural fruity and waxy character, spent almost 5 years in the finishing barrel. Profiler is the name of a type of former wine barrel produced by the J.Dias cooper in Portugal. The manufacturing process for these barrels is unique to J.Dias and is similar to that of STR barrels, but the toasting and toasting is more delicate. In this way, the residual aromas of the wine are better preserved compared to the intense oak of traditional STR barrels.
