Islay 12 Lady of the Glen | 2009-2022 | 51.8%

Coming from a "secret" distillery located on the east coast of the island of Islay near the town of Port Askaig and for the magnificent still room that looks directly at the iconic Paps of the island of Jura, it has matured entirely in an Oloroso sherry barrel.

On the palate we immediately find notes of apple, cinnamon roll, smoked popcorn, pine needles and the inevitable peaty (almost citrus) note that characterizes this distillery.
