Le Chai de mon Père Fut 104 | circa 1970-2023 | 47.4%

Cognac distilled in the 1970s by Guy Laurichesse, produced in a 12 hl still on the family property in Verrières.

Today Olivier valorises his father's work through the Le Chai de mon Père (formerly Hommage) range.

Each cask is carefully selected and bottled as-is to highlight all of Guy's work and know-how (no reduction, no added caramel, etc.).

Color : Amber with mahogany reflections.

Nose : initially we find notes of polished wood, followed by dried fruit, a hint of sandalwood smoke. Mature and extremely refined.

Palate : Tobacco, cedar, oak and coffee, long persistence. The finish is long, with notes of cocoa bean and coffee bean.
