Cognac distilled in the 1970s by Guy Laurichesse, produced in a 12 hl still on the family property in Verrières and coming from the same chai of fut 104 and 300.

Today Olivier valorises his father's work through the Le Chai de mon Père (formerly Hommage) range.

Each cask is carefully selected and bottled as-is to highlight all of Guy's work and know-how (no reduction, no added caramel, etc.).

Color: Bronze.

Nose: Rich and fruity, with hints of pastry and leather. The characteristic floral notes, typical of the region, are inevitable.

Palate: Very balanced and round, notes of candied orange, freshly baked biscuits and antique furniture.
