Blended Malt (assembly of single malts from different distilleries).

Each batch is small, personalised and distinctly different from the next; blended, bottled and labeled by hand in our warehouse, where you'll be happy to know that no artificial colouring or cold filtration occurs.

Batch #3 is a smoked blend, the sum of four single malts from secret distilleries located in the Islay, Highland and Speyside regions.

On the palate we find a medicinal smokiness (indicative of the Islay distillery) with blood orange and lime peel, sea salt, candied ginger with honey and vanilla.
