Each batch is small, personalised and distinctly different from the next; blended, bottled and labeled by hand in our warehouse, where you'll be happy to know that no artificial colouring or cold filtration occurs.

Batch #4 is delicately peated with components from five different distilleries. It was matured for over 2 years in a first-fill ex-Amarone barrique.

Notes of campfire smoke, Jamaican ginger cake, strawberry jam with dried orange peel.
